This weekend has been a time of temptation for me. My blushing bride and I discovered that the local hospital (where number 3 was born) auxiliary has an annual fund-raiser: BOOK FAIR!!!! It started Thursday evening with an opportunity for anyone willing to pay a nominal fee to get in. Friday and Saturday there is no fee (but all the used book people pay the fee and pick over all the good stuff). We decided that even after the fee, if we find three books (most at 65 cents a piece), we'll have made our money back--we came away with two shopping bags (paper, not plastic) filled with books. We went back today and got another half-bagful. What fun!
